2013 Solar photovolaic Project, exterior painting and spalling Update 2/25/13: Pool View, Ocean View, and Oceanfront rooms have been completed for the exterior painting and spalling project. Mountain/Garden and Lagoon View rooms are still being worked and should now be completed by the end of March. The porte-cochere will also undergo improvements and will take approximately 1-2 weeks in mid-March. Details/hours of the work remain as stated below. Update 2/4/13: Solar photovoltaic panels project is complete and self-parking for a daily fee has re-opened. As of 11/7/12: Hotel is installing solar photovoltaic panels as part of its green initiative. During this time self-parking for a daily fee will not be available due to construction in the guest parking area. Effective immediately, the resort has valet parking only through the end of 2012. The valet charge is $15.95 per day with unlimited in/out privileges. As of 11/15/12: The property will undergo exterior painting and spalling work through February 2013. The hotel will continue to be fully operational during this time. The painting and spalling will be done 1 building at a time and no major scaffolding will be involved. Guests may hear some noise during the day. Work hours will be 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
